Privacy Policy

A plain-language account of what this site collects, what it does with it, and how to get a copy or ask for it to be removed.

In one sentence

We collect only what is needed to connect you with a closing professional, we send your inquiry straight to the provider you chose, and we never sell your information or your inquiries to anyone.

What we collect

  • Inquiries: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, service branch and role if you choose to share them, your timeline, and your message.
  • Listing applications: business name, contact name, email, phone, city and state, website, any badge claims, and your notes to us.
  • Provider listings: business details, office and service areas, languages, availability, badge claims, and discount descriptions that appear on a public profile.
  • Accounts: email address and the role assigned to your login, if you have one.
  • Technical records: basic server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps.

Why we collect it

To deliver your message to the provider you asked to reach, to answer questions sent to us, to check that a listing is a real business before it is published, to verify badge claims, to keep the directory accurate, to prevent abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not build advertising profiles about you, and we do not use your inquiry to market other companies to you.

Who receives your information

  • The provider you contact receives your inquiry and can use it to reply and to handle your matter under their own privacy practices.
  • Our infrastructure and email processors handle data on our behalf to keep the site running.
  • Companies within the Military Network family may access it for ordinary business operations, since Military Title LLC is part of that family.
  • We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect someone's rights or safety.
  • We never sell or share your information so that someone else can market to you.

We do not sell or resell inquiries

This is a firm rule, not a preference. We are a directory, not a lead broker. We have no revenue that depends on a closing happening, on a provider being contacted, or on your information being passed along to anyone beyond the provider you chose.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses the small number of storage items needed to make it work, such as keeping the navigation usable on a phone. We do not run advertising cookies or cross-site tracking today.

If we ever add analytics or advertising, we will update this page first and ask for consent wherever the law requires it.

How long we keep information

Inquiries are kept long enough to answer them and to keep an accurate record of what was sent, which normally means up to two years. Listing applications that do not become a listing are kept only briefly. Published listings remain while the provider is with us, and technical logs are kept for a short operational period.

Ask us and we will delete your information, unless we must keep it for a legal reason.

Your choices

  • Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or to delete your information.
  • Ask us to stop contacting you; we will, except to confirm.
  • Choose what to share — the inquiry form has optional fields for a reason.
  • Requests are free. We may ask you to confirm who you are, and we answer within 30 days.

Security

Data moves over encrypted connections, access to inquiries is limited to staff who need it, and we review who has access when roles change. No system is perfectly secure, and email is not a private channel — please do not send Social Security numbers, full financial records, or signed documents through our forms.

Children

This site is built for adults handling a real estate transaction and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we update this page and refresh the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle inquiries or personal information are called out here as well.

Contact

To make a privacy request, ask a question, or tell us something looks wrong: support@militarytitle.com. We review every request and every report.

A provider who receives your inquiry becomes responsible for it under their own privacy practices. Ask them how they handle and store what you send them.
