What MilitaryTitle.com is

MilitaryTitle.com is an online directory and connection platform operated by Military Title LLC. It helps service members, veterans, and military families find VA mortgage experts and loan officers, closing attorneys, title and escrow companies, and mobile notaries and signing agents.

Military Title does not provide mortgage lending, title insurance, escrow, settlement, legal, or closing services. Every one of those services is provided independently by the professionals and companies listed on the site, under their own agreements, licenses, and responsibility.

No government affiliation

We are a private company. MilitaryTitle.com is not affiliated with the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any other government agency, and nothing on this site should be read as government endorsement or approval.

Listings, badges, and military discounts are commercial arrangements between you and a provider. They are not government programs, certifications, or guarantees.

A listing is not a recommendation

A provider appears in the directory because they met our listing requirements and paid a flat annual fee. It is not a rating, an endorsement, a warranty of their work, or a guarantee of any outcome.

Before you hire anyone, verify their licensing and standing with your state, ask about their experience with VA loans and military relocations, get every fee in writing, and read the engagement agreement yourself. We are not able to advise you on which provider to choose.

How search results are ordered

Results are ordered by relevance: how closely a provider matches the location you searched, their VA loan experience, and whether they are currently accepting clients. Ordering is never sold or traded.

Optional Featured placement is shown in a separate group clearly labeled “Featured”. Badges such as Veteran-Owned and Military Spouse-Owned give a provider a visual highlight and a filter; they are never added to the ranking formula.

What providers pay us

Providers pay one flat fee per year to be listed. We do not charge per lead, per referral, or per closing, and we do not track closings generated through the site.

If someone asks you for a per-lead or per-closing fee while claiming to act on behalf of MilitaryTitle.com, please tell us at support@militarytitle.com.

Badges

Veteran-Owned, Military Spouse-Owned, and Offers Military Discount are granted only by our staff after we review documentation. A provider cannot give themselves a badge, and no badge is available for purchase at any price.

Badges can be removed if the underlying facts change or if we learn they were granted in error. A badge means we reviewed evidence of a claim; it is not a judgment about the quality of the provider's services.

Inquiries and messages

When you send an inquiry from a provider's page, it goes directly to that provider. We do not sell, rent, share, or resell inquiries to anyone, including partners and sponsors, and we do not act as a lead brokerage.

We cannot promise that a provider will reply, how quickly, or on what terms. Whether to take your matter, and on what fee, is the provider's decision.

Military discounts

A military discount shown on this site applies only to a provider's own closing, escrow, attorney, notary, or signing fees. We do not discount title insurance premiums, and no listing should be read as a claim that we do, because premium rates are set through state filings.

Ask any provider for the exact terms of a discount in writing before you rely on it, including who qualifies and what documentation is required.

Using the site

• Give accurate information when you contact a provider or apply for a listing.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect provider names, contact details, or listing content, and do not resell our directory.
• Do not impersonate a provider, a military member, or a government office, and do not post false or defamatory content.
• Do not interfere with the site's operation or attempt to access areas you are not meant to use.
• You are responsible for what you submit through our forms and for how you use what you find here.

Content ownership

The site design, our text, our guides, and our logos belong to Military Title LLC. Provider names, logos, and listing descriptions belong to those providers and are shown with their permission.

Links to MilitaryTitle.com are welcome. Copying or republishing our pages, guides, or directory data without written permission is not allowed.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

Information on this site is general information, not legal advice, and is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or availability. Listing details can change without notice, so confirm current licensing, services, fees, and availability directly with a provider.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or fees of any listed provider, or for any loss arising from a transaction with one. Where the law does not allow a limitation of liability, that limitation does not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and our services change. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and using the site after an update means the updated terms apply to you.
